My mother's original birth certificate.
When she tried to get her Social Security check there was a
discrepancy about her last name and I remember that she had to go
to Assumption Church to get her Confirmation records because the last
name on her birth certificate was Beard instead of Baird.
My Great Grandmother's name was Mary H Henderson and

my Grandmother's name was Mary Jane Milligan.

I am not sure when my mother added Mary to her name?
